Chief Justice Gerald W. VandeWalle called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Jana Thielges and Greg Wallace presented a proposed distribution of Indigent Defense funds as follows:

After discussion, Judge John T. Paulson moved to approve the proposal. Judge Benny A. Graff seconded the motion. Carried.
Jana Thielges proposed the following line item transfers:
