III. Did the trial court err in determining that Emanuel Lutz's will was ambiguous thereby necessitating reference to extrinsic evidence to determine Emanuel's intent?
IV. Did the trial court err in determining that the services Lavilla Lutz provided to Emanuel Lutz were gratuitous and therefore not compensable?< br> V. Did the trial court err in determining that the unconscionability provisions of N.D.C.C. 14-03.1-06 did not apply in this matter?
VI. Did the trial court err in determining that Lavilla Lutz was not entitled to an award of her litigation expenses and attorneys' fees from the estate?
