| Issues: |
Appellant's Statement of the Issues: I. Whether the trial court erred by imputing income to a child support obligor when that obligor was working on re-educating himself and had no job opportunities available to him in the community where he lived, other than minimum wage jobs, because his employer of twenty-two years moved out of state. II. Whether the trial court erred by entering an order that suspended a child support obligor's duty to provide child support for an arbitrary period of time, but kept $590 per month of arrears accumulating during that suspension period, and temporarily suspended the obligor's duty to provide health insurance for his children for the same arbitrary period of time. Appellee's Statement of the Issues: I. Whether the trial court complied with the child support guideline requirements in considering Dean Minar's child support obligation II. Whether the court erred by suspending a portion of Dean's monthly child support obligation while he attends college III. Whether the court erred in temporarily shifting responsibility for health insurance coverage for the minor children from Dean Minar to Cheryl Minar | ||||||
