1. Whether the "Concurrent Planning" Procedure, as applied by Cass County Social Services, violated the parents' Constitutional Rights to Procedural and Substantive Due Process.
2. Whether the Trial Court abused its discretion by allowing the Petitioner to amend the Petition on the morning of trial, by receiving prejudicial testimony, hearsay evidence, and records of criminal convictions, and in so doing, violated the
parents' right to a fair hearing.
3. Whether the Trial Court's Decision to terminate SD's parental rights is supported by the evidence.
