2. The visitation awarded to Kyle is insufficient to meet
KayLee's needs and is clearly erroneous

4. The trial court's failure to award spousal support
is clearly erroneous
Guardian Ad Litem's Statement of Issues
1. The district court's award of custody of
Kaylee to Brad Stoppler was clearly erroneous
and contrary to the best interests of KayLee.
2. The limited visitation ordered is not in
KayLee's best interests.
