I. Did the lower court fail to adequately consider the custody guidelines as set out at N.D.C.C. 14-09-06 when it granted custody to defendant?
II. Did the lower court err in ordering the plaintiff to pay credit card debt on cards over which he had little or no control?
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
1. The trial court had sufficient evidence before it to support its grant of custody to Sandi under the custody guidelines as set out at N.D.C.C. 14- 09-06.
2. Although the division of property and debt was heavily weighted in Kevin's favor, the trial court sufficiently articulated its reasons for the award.
