A vocational plan that requires employer accommodations does not meet the requirements of Section 65-05-05.1 N.D.C.C. III. The Bureau's Findings and Conclusions that the vocational plan met the requirements of Section 65-05.01-01 N.D.C.C. is not supported by a preponderance of the evidence. Appellee's Statement of the Issues: I. The Administrative Law Judge and the Bureau correctly applied the burden of proof. II. The Bureau's Order does not require that employers in the selected occupations make accommodations for the claimant. III. The Bureau's Order is supported by the evidence. | ||||||
