| Issues: |
Appellant's Statement of the Issues: 1.Did the lower court have jurisdiction or did it exceed its jurisdiction in the contempt proceedings for any of the following reasons: A.Because the contempt motion initiated in this Court, which does not have jurisdiction to enforce the underlying judgment, was transferred by this Court without authority of rule or statute? B.Because of the lack of particularity of the contempt motion, and the denial to the Appellant of his guaranteed rights and privileges found in the Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America, and their counterparts in the Constitution of North Dakota? C.For giving Jenese a monetary award greater than is authorized by statute? 2.Did the lower court abuse its discretion in finding Appellant in contempt of court? 3.Did the lower court abuse its discretion in awarding the Appellee the amounts awarded in the monetary judgment? Appellee's Statement of the Issues: I. Whether the district court acted within its jurisdiction in these contempt proceedings and: II. Whether the district was within its sound discretion when it issued the contempt and resulting money judgment. | ||||||
