Issues: Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
Appellant K.K.'s Statement of Issues in 20020256
Has the State shown by clear and convincing evidence that K. is deprived and the causes of the deprivation are likely to continue with resulting harm to the child as required to terminate K.K.'s parental rights to his daughter, K.?

Appellant S.N.'s Statement of Issues in 20020281
1. Whether the Juvenile Court properly determined that the parental rights of S. N. with regard to the minor children, B. N. and K. K., should be terminated, based upon the likelihood of continued deprivation and resulting probability that the children will suffer serious physical, mental, moral, or emotional harm if the termination is not effected.
2. Whether the Juvenile Court erred in basing its decision on an Order that did not properly define and provide notice of conditional requirements to form the basis for a termination of parental rights determination.

Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. Whether the Juvenile Court properly terminated the parental rights of S.N. and K.K. based on clear and convincing evidence that B.N. and K.K. are deprived children, and the causes of deprivation are likely to continue, and result in harm to the children.
