Should the decision by the Honorable Burt L. Riskedahl that under the provisions of the Uniform Family Support Act, Leo John Baumgartner's child support arrearage was in the sum of $23,667.86, and payment of the same is enforceable be reversed?
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I.Whether the trial court properly applied the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act instead of the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act to the registration of the Colorado judgment and orders?
II.If the trial court properly applied the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, whether the child support arrears remain enforceable under the choice of law provision of the Act?
