II. Whether the judgment on the verdict should be reversed because hearsay statements attributed to Defendant's husband and which were not made in furtherance of the alleged conspiracy were used in order to convict her.
III. Whether it was reversible error for the trial court to admit, over the objection of counsel under rules 403 and 404(b) of the North Dakota Rules of Evidence, evidence of a prior home fire.

I. Whether evidence showing an agreement and an overt act was sufficient to support the jury verdict finding Hajrija guilty of conspiracy to commit arson.
II. Whether the trial court properly admitted statements of co-conspirator Sadik Beciraj.
III. Whether the trial court properly admitted evidence of a previous fire and proceeds therefrom that the defendants had received.
