Whether the District Court correctly granted summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs' claims for legal malpractice against Carlson and the McNair Firm where the District Court found that Minn-Kota had actual knowledge of a breach or violation by
Norwest by June of 1995, and, therefore, the statute of limitations on Minn-Kota's claims against Norwest had run before Minn-Kota retained Carlson.
