II. Whether the trial court erred by finding that the state of North Dakota did not owe a duty to Marsha Fast to take remedial measures with regard to the sidewalk where she slipped and fell.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
The issue is whether the district court erred in finding that there are no material facts in dispute concerning the location of the place Marcia Fast fell on the campus of Minot State University.
