Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. Evenson's allegations of fraud and misrepresentation cannot meet the clear and convincing standard of proof.
II. Evenson's breach of contract allegations fail for the same reason his fraud and misrepresentation allegations do.
III. Evenson cannot claim to be a farm implement dealer.
