1. Whether the trial court committed reversible error in refusing to instruct the jury on the included offense of criminal facilitation with regard to the charges of criminal conspiracy and attempted murder.
2. Whether the trial court committed reversible error in refusing to instruct the jury on the included offense of reckless endangerment with regard to the charge of attempted murder.
3. Whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain the verdict.

Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. The trial court did not err in ruling that criminal facilitation is not a lesser included offense of conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder.
II. The trial court did not err in denying defendant's request for the lesser included instruction of reckless endangerment to the charge of attempted murder.
III. There was sufficient evidence to sustain the jury verdicts.
