Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
I.The district court did not adequately and carefully consider the findings of fact as required by Rule 52 of the North Dakota Rules of Civil Procedure.
II.The evidence of domestic violence created a rebuttable presumption against awarding custody to the appellee.
III.The district court's decision to award custody of the parties' child to the appellee was a mistake and not in the best interest of the parties' child and, thus, clearly erroneous.
