Issues: Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
I. Probable cause was insufficient to grant the first search warrant
II. The second warrant (for stolen items and over two hundred vehicles) was overly broad and lacked specificity in description of the places to be searched and the things to be seized amounting to a general search
III. The trial court's admission of evidence of prior bad acts, when the prosectuion failed to give pre-trial notice of its intent to introduce testimony of such nature at trial constitutes reversible error.
