I.Whether it was reversible error for the trial court to allow Cenex Oil to avoid the usual, customary and legal requirement that a non-person appear through an attorney; and
II.Whether the allegation of a single, very brief incident rose to the level of being a "pattern of behavior" as is required by statute and precedent for purposes of justifying the issuance of a disorderly conduct restraining order pursuant to 12.1-31.2.01 of the North Dakota Century Code.
III.Whether the appellant/respondent was afforded due process as is required by the state and federal constitutions.
