Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
Did the District Court err by failing to explain the method used to determine the net income of the Obligor in the Order for Amended Judgment and Amended Judgment, and was it improper for the trial court to ignore past capital gains when determining
the net income of an Obligor for child support calculation purposes?
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. Whether the district court properly calculated the obligor's child support obligation from self-employment when it did not include a one-time capital gain.
II. Whether the district court properly calculated the obligor's child support obligation from self-employment from rental income when it averaged the last three years' rental income.
III. Whether the district court erred when it incorporated by reference the necessary calculations for determining a child support obligation.
