II. The trial court committed reversible error by failing to correctly apply the law of Stout-Hawkinson
III. The trial court erred because denying the motion is not in the minor child's best interests.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
Did the Court properly rule upon the application for Change of Residence when Brandon failed to meet the Stout Hawkinson factors because he staged the move and had a history of frustrating contact between the mother and child.
