1. Whether the trial court erred as a matter of law in failing to hold that the clear and unambiguous language of clause B.5 of the Judgment and Decree of Divorce, dated March 3, 2004, provides that defendant/appellee Isidore Glasser shall maintain
in force a $5,000 life insurance policy on the life of plaintiff/appellant Rosalia Glasser, nka Rosalia Winterroth with the benefits to be used to pay her funeral expenses.
2. Whether the trial court erred in not holding defendant/appellee Isidore Glasser in contempt for failing to maintain life insurance in full force and effect on the life of plaintiff/appellant Rosalia Glasser, nka Rosalia Winterroth, according to
the clear and unambiguous language of clause B.5 of the Judgment and Decree of Divorce.
