Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
I. Whether the district court's order, modifying custody of the parties' minor children should be reversed because the disctrict court made its findings under an erroneous application of the law?
II. Whether the district court's order, denying the plaintiff's motion to relocate should be reversed because the district court failed to give appropriate weight to the continuity and quality of life for the custodial family in light of the proposed
relocation?
III. Whether the district abused its discretion in finding the plaintiff in contempt?
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. Did the District Court properly determine that a change of custody was appropriate under Section 14-09-06.6 NDCC and in the best interest of the minor children.
II. Did the District Court properly deny the change of residence request.
III. Did the District Court properly determine that the Plaintiff was in contempt for denying weekend visitation and failing to comply with the terms. of the March 15, 2006 Memorandum Opinion and Order regarding the payment of legal fees and costs
in the amount of $50.
