I. The district court erred in determining that the respondent met the criteria for civil commitment of a sexually dangerous person under N.D.C.C. chapter 25-03.3 in that the state failed to prove the respondent was likely to engage in further acts
of sexually predatory conduct.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
Whether the State has proven by clear and convincing evidence that Alexander Vantreece is a sexually dangerous individual and is likely to engage in further acts of sexually predatory conduct.
