Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
I.The trial court's order should be reversed because the Court's determination of spousal support is clearly erroneous in that a clear mistake has been made as to the amount, duration, need, and ability to pay.
II.By awarding sole physical custody to a parent with a history of denying visitation, the trial court violated Chris' constitutional right to parent his children. This is clearly an error in law.

Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
1. Whether the trial court was justified in awarding Sherri sole, physical custody of the minor children.
2. Whether the trial court erred in awarding Sherri spousal support.
