Issues: Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
1. The juvenile court erred in finding that B.B. continues to be a deprived child.
2. The juvenile court erred in finding that reasonable efforts have been made for reunification.
3. The juvenile court failed to recognize that the court ordered guardian ad litem did not properly communicate or advocate for the needs of the minor child during the proceeding and improperly refused to appoint replacement representation for B.B.

Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
The district court properly found, based upon clear and convincing evidence, that B.B. continues to be a deprived child and that reasonable efforts were provided to the family.
The district court did not err in denying S.L.B.'s motion to appoint counsel for the child or replace the guardian ad litem.
The district court properly denied S.L.B.'s motions for a personal visit and to return the child to North Dakota.
