Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
A. Did the trial court err by giving undue weight to one interest factor pursuant to N.D.C.C. 14-09-06.2, and also by failing to consider all best interest factors under the law?
B. Did the trial court err by failing to consider Sarah had caused a frustration of Andy's visitation, as well as alienated the children against their father?
C. Did the trial court err by failing to consider Sarah's chronic instability and dishonesty towards the authorities, her children, and ex-husband?
D. Did the trial court err by failing to consider how Sarah's chronic lying, dishonesty, multiple relationships, and manipulation discredited her moral fitness as a parent?
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
The district court awarded primary physical custody to Sarah with liberal visitation to Andy. The parties were awarded joint legal custody. Andy is disputing the physical custody determination and states that the district court erred in awarding
primary physical custody to Sarah.
