Issues: Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
I. N.D.C.C. 12.1-32-15(2)(c) mandates that the Child register as a sexual offender.
II. The Juvenile Court committed reversible error when it did not make findings as to mental abnormality or predatory conduct in open court.

Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I.Whether N.D.C.C. 12.1-32-15(2)(c) allows a court to deviate from requiring a delinquent juvenile to register as a sexual offender if the juvenile did not exhibit mental abnormality or predatory conduct in the commission of the offense.
II.Whether the Juvenile Court did not err when it did not require the juvenile to register as a sex offender after the State provided no evidence supporting its allegation the juvenile exhibited mental abnormality or predatory conduct in the commission of the offense even though N.D.C.C. 27-20-24(3) requires the State to present evidence in support of its allegations.

D.J.'s Statement of Issues
Was the Court correct to deviate from requiring the Child D.J. to register under NDCC 12.1-32-15(2)(c) when the State refused to present any evidence on the required issues?
