1. Whether any of the Trial Court's Findings of Fact used to reject Allen's proposed Shared Parenting Plan are clearly erroneous.
2. Whether the Trial Court erred when awarding Kelli child support effective October 1, 2010, when by agreement the only issue presented to the court was the selection of the Parenting Plan.
Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
1. Whether the trial court was clearly erroneous in composing the parenting plan.
2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion, when the court on its own initiative, awarded Kelli retroactive child support.
