3. Whether there is sufficient evidence in the record to support a conviction against Nickel for Conspiracy to delivery synthetic cannabinoids.

1. Whether an illegal search occurred where the police conducted a warrantless inventory search of the package and where exigent circumstances did not exist because the police had complete control and dominion over the package?
2. Whether the State committed prosecutorial misconduct with improper statements during rebuttal by intentionally sandbagging the defendant?
3. Whether sufficient evidence existed for the conspiracy to deliver synthetic cannabinoids conviction because there was no agreement between the two defendants?
