2. Whether there is reversible error in the failure of the District Court to appoint Petitioner/Appellant Crumley an attorney.
3. Whether there is relief for the Petitioner/Appellant Crumley on the basis the court is extending his sentence unlawfully as he claims.
4. Whether the District Court erred in failing to grant an evidentiary hearing.
