I. the trial court acted within its discretionary powers in reallocating and disallowing portions of appellant's capital expenditures for purposes of calculating his child support obligation pursuant to the north dakota child support guidelines.
II. The trial court did not commit error in making findings of fact and rendering a decision when the parties agreed to the factual basis for the decision.
