Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
Issue No. 1: That the Trial Court erroneously altered the minor child's surname (last name) in a paternity action, to be that of the biological father, although there was no marital relationship.
Issue No. 2: That the Trial Court erroneously awarded one-half of the costs and fees of the Guardian Ad Litem to the Defendant, B.J.M., an indigent individual, even though there had been a prior Court Order which had never been modified or vacated,
specifying that all Guardian Ad Litem fees and costs were to be paid by the Plaintiff, T.P.C., and also awarded that one-half of the psychological evaluation fees and costs were to be paid by B.J.M., although she was an indigent individual.
