The court committed reversible error when it concluded that the doctrine of res judicata was not applicable to the issue of Costs and Disbursements allowed under N.D.C.C. 28-26-06-26-06) for Costs and Disbursements (App. pps. 35 at lines 20-24;
pps.38-40) should have precluded the awarding, the execution and levy for costs and disbursements allowed by N.D.C.C 28-26-06.
