Appellee's Statement of the Issues:
I. The evidence presented supports the trial court's decision to allow Appellee to move from North Dakota with the parties' minor child, and therefore the decision is not clearly erroneous.
II. The trial court did not err by not following the recommendation of the Guardian ad Litem.
