Appellant's Statement of the Issues:
1.That the court's failure to determine that there had been an equitable adoption of Jessica by Antonyio and Madonna Johnson, with a resultant duty of support owed to Jessica by Antonyio, was clearly erroneous.
2.That it was clearly erroneous for the court to fail to equitably divide the respective entitlement that each of the parties had to an interest in military retirement, in accordance with the "Bullock Formula".
3.That it was clearly erroneous for the court fail to award, or even reserve, temporary or permanent spousal support for Madonna Johnson.
4.That it was clearly erroneous for the Court to summarily modify the Interim Order entered 22 October 1998, without notice, during appearances before the court on 14 January 1999.
