RE: Rule 8.3, N.D.R.Ct., Case Management (Divorce Cases)
Amendments to Rule 8.3 are proposed that would reflect filing of the complaint as the commencing event. If more intensive case management under N.D.R.Civ.P. 16 is recommended, members may wish to discuss whether retaining Rule 8.3 in its present form would be necessary.
