RE: Rule 607, N.D.R.Ev., Who May Impeach a Witness
Form and style amendments to Rule 607 consistent with the 2011 federal amendments are proposed. The amendments are not intended to change any result in any ruling on evidence admissibility.
The explanatory note contained a long discussion of the old "voucher rule." Deletion of this discussion is proposed.
