RE: Rule 32, N.D.R.App.P., Form of Briefs, Appendices and Other Papers
Deletion of language setting length requirements for petition for rehearing briefs is proposed for Rule 32. This language would be transferred to Rule 40 on petitions for rehearing. The transfer would make N.D.R.App. P. 32 and 40 consistent with their federal counterparts.
A copy of the proposed amendment to Rule 32 is attached.
