At the January 2011 meeting, the Committee discussed a proposed administrative order on document scanning. After making significant changes, the Supreme Court subsequently adopted Administrative Order 19, a copy of which is attached.
During its discussions of Administrative Order 19, the Court found some inconsistencies with N.D.R.Ct. 6.4 on exhibits. The Court has requested that the Committee examine Administrative Order 19 and Rule 6.4 and make Rules 6.4 consistent with the order.
Proposed amendments to Rule 6.4 are attached.
