RE: Rule 8, N.D.R.Civ.P., General Rules of Pleading
Committee member Mr. Larry Boschee has pointed out the subdivision (d) of Rule 8 contains an internal cross-reference and otherwise lacks content. He suggested that the rule could be amended to eliminate the empty subdivision. Such an amendment would make the rule's organization consistent with Fed.R.Civ.P. 8. Proposed amendments are attached.
