RE: Proposed Rules of Juvenile Procedure
At its May meeting, the Committee reviewed each of the proposed rules and decided to recommend that the rules be approved as amended by the Committee. The Supreme Court requested comments on both the rules originally proposed by the Juvenile Policy Board and on the changes to those proposed rules requested by the Committee. The comment period expired on September 14. The Court will meet in the future to discuss the proposed rules, the changes made by the Committee, and any comments that were received.
