On Feb. 23, 75 first year constitutional law students from the University of North Dakota School of Law traveled to the Grand Forks County Courthouse to meet with Northeast Central Judicial District Judges Don Hager and Jay Knudson to discuss constitutional issues that are currently arising in district court.
