Cherie Clark has served as an Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney for the last eight years. She currently heads the county’s Personal Crimes Team. A 2000 University of South Dakota School of Law graduate, she has also served as an Assistant Otter Tail Co. (MN) Attorney and a specially appointed prosecutor for Barnes, Grand Forks, and Richland Counties.
Constance Cleveland has worked with the Cass County State's Attorney's Office since 1991, beginning as a criminal prosecutor and currently serving as legal counsel for Social Services. A 1988 University of North Dakota School of Law graduate, she has also worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in Burleigh County, a specially appointed prosecutor in Morton County and Richland County and a Special Assistant Attorney General.
Darcie Einarson is an attorney in private practice with the Einarson Law Office in Grafton. She graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1992. Since law school, she has been in private legal practice in Grafton, focusing on family law matters. She has been Grafton's municipal judge since 2008 and was city prosecutor from 1996-2007. During law school, she was the first chief justice of the UND Judicial Branch and certified as a mediator.
Shanon Gregor is an attorney in private practice with the Nilles Law firm in Fargo. She graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998. She began her legal career serving as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge Rodney S. Webb in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. Her legal practice focuses in the areas of personal injury and property defense, insurance coverage, construction law and administrative/agency practice.
Thomas Olson is an attorney in private practice with the Johnson, Ramstad & Mottinger law firm. He has spent his entire legal career of 32 years in Fargo. A graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law, Olson was admitted to the North Dakota bar in 1981. His practice has strictly focused on civil litigation and trial work and recently expanded to include mediation of civil disputes. He has been a Certified Civil Trial Specialist since 1998.
Adele Page is an attorney with Legal Services of North Dakota in Fargo. She graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center and was admitted to the North Dakota bar in 1993. Prior to joining LSND, she was staff counsel for Ygomi LLC, founder of the Page Law Firm, and a partner and associate with Dorsey and Whitney LLP. She also clerked for Eighth Circuit Judge Frank Magill. Before attending law school, she worked ten years as a registered nurse.
Robert Stroup III is an attorney for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Dakota in Fargo. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1986. Prior to going to work for BC/BS, he was in private legal practice with the Ohnstad Twichell Law Firm. He also served for five years as an Enforcement Representative for the NCAA. He clerked for Justice H.F. “Sparky” Gierke after law school.
