Registration is now open for the upcoming Energy Law Lecture Series hosted by the North Dakota Law Review in Bismarck.
The lecture series will take place on March 14 and 15, 2013, at the Ramada Bismarck Hotel beginning at 8 a.m. both days.
Presentation topics will include common issues in preparation of title opinions, contract modification, oil and gas class action certification, interpretation of mineral conveyances, water protection interests, cessation of production, natural resource development, surface use, legislative issues, and bioenergy and land use.
The Lecture Series is free, open to the public, and pending approval, should qualify for 15-17 CLE hours in North Dakota. The Law Review staff would appreciate those interested in attending to please RSVP through the online registration system on the Lecture Series page.
