Minimum Qualifications:

Summary of Work:
The Legal Assistant I is responsible for gathering information to assist the attorneys with legal action, preparing legal documents and correspondence, coordinating service of legal documents, filing legal documents in accordance with the Rules of Court, filing/electronic filing of legal documents with appropriate clerk of court, maintaining legal document templates, accepting and returning phone calls and answering other inquiries, navigation of and entry of data and narratives into the electronic child support system (FACSES), maintain calendar to monitor progress of cases and maintain calendar for hearings.
