LaMoure County is accepting applications to serve as state's attorney. Selected applicant will be hired to fill an unexpired term and would need to run for the office in the 2014 election. Preferred start date will be April 16, 2013.
Person would be required make residence in LaMoure County. Duties include criminal prosecution and appeals, and advising the county commission and officers on legal matters. Position offers competitive salary plus benefits.
Applicants should submit a resume, cover letter and transcript, if a recent law school graduate (1 year or less) by April 8.
