The Supreme Court website is posting photos of lawyers as part of the online Lawyers Directory. More than 2,200 lawyer photos are presently on the website.
Lawyers are invited to submit photos for inclusion on the website.
Digital photos (in either jpeg or gif formats) may be e-mailed to the webmaster. (Smaller-sized files are better.) E-mail messages should clearly identify the lawyer's name and bar id number.
Photos may be mailed to: Webmaster, Supreme Court, State Capitol, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530. Include the lawyer's name and bar id number on the back of the photo. Photos will be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed.
Lawyers may also have digital photos taken at the Supreme Court.
Any lawyer may request that the lawyer's photo be removed from the online directory, or may submit a replacement photo.
Lawyers and law firms with websites may request their websites be linked in the online Lawyers Directory. Links will not be established, or will be terminated, to websites containing apparently outdated or otherwise inaccurate information, or if there are any ethical questions.
