Free probate CLE set for Oct. 5 in Bismarck

Registration is open for a free Continuing Legal Education program dealing with basics of North Dakota probate law.

Judge David Nelson, Williston, will reprise a presentation on probate procedures at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 5, at the Burleigh County Courthouse. Judge Nelson made the presentation at the annual meeting of the State Bar Association of North Dakota in June, and was invited by the judges of the South Central Judicial District to repeat the session in Bismarck.

The two-hour free CLE session will also include a report from SBAND Executive Director Bill Neumann on the Justice System Energy Impact Task Force.

The presentation is sponsored by the South Central Judicial District and SBAND. Registration is required because space is limited.
