Douglas A. BahrDouglas A. Bahr has been Solicitor General of North Dakota since 1999. Previously, he was an assistant attorney general working in appellate, administrative, and civil law. He is a 1990 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law, and he earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University.

 | Jonathan ByersJonathan Byers has been an assistant attorney general since 1992, working primarily in sex crime prosecution. Previously, he worked as a part-time prosecutor and in private practice in Stanley. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, and he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of North Dakota.

Jonathan F. Christensen Jonathan F. Christensen is in private practice in Grand Forks, where he focuses on family law. He also teaches computer science at Grand Forks Air Force Base. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, and was admitted to the bar in 1998.
