| John E. Greenwood John Greenwood, 50, is the Stutsman County State's Attorney. A 1975 University of North Dakota Law School graduate, he previously was in private practice in Jamestown. He serves on the Supreme Court's Legal Counsel for Indigents Commission, and as treasurer of the N.D. State's Attorneys' Association. |  |

A 1988 Hamline University School of Law graduate, he previously served as a law clerk to District Judge Gordon Hoberg, and was in private practice in Jamestown. | Cynthia Schaar Mecklenberg Cynthia Schaar Mecklenberg, 44, is a partner in the firm of Merrick and Mecklenberg in Jamestown. A 1990 University of North Dakota Law School graduate, she has been president of the Stutsman County Bar Association, and chairs the Family Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota. |  |
